RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with NoizzyBox. We take pride in the quality of our products and hope you love your purchase. If, however, you receive a product that does not meet expectations, please review our return and refund policy below.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags intact.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage after delivery, or missing accessories will not be eligible for return or refund.

⚠️ Note: Due to the nature of electronic and audio products, returns for reasons such as change of mind, preference, or minor sound variations are not accepted.


Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@noizzybox.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Share:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Clear images/videos of the product and packaging

Our team will review the request and, if approved, issue a Return Authorization (RMA) along with return instructions.

❗ Returns sent without prior approval or RMA may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or incorrect product, return shipping will be arranged by us or reimbursed as per approval.

  • In cases where the issue is not validated, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.


Inspection & Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received, it will undergo quality inspection.

  • If approved:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take 5–10 business days to reflect.

You will be notified via email once your refund is processed.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or altered products

  • Products without original packaging or accessories

  • Clearance or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Cancellation Policy:

Order Cancellation:
Customers can cancel their orders within 4- 8 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Orders that have already been processed for shipping cannot be canceled.

Cancellation Deadline:
Orders must be canceled by 12 noon on the next working day following the order placement to be eligible for cancellation and refund.

Cancellation Charges:
A cancellation fee of 5% of the order total will be charged for canceled orders to cover administrative and processing costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation Procedure:
To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer service team via email or phone and provide their order details before the cancellation deadline. Our team will confirm the cancellation and process the refund or credit, if applicable, according to our refund policy.
