Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, launches, festive seasons), processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Remote / Non-Metro Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location

  • Courier partner availability

  • Weather, regional restrictions, or unforeseen logistics delays


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Promotional offers may include free shipping, which will be clearly mentioned on the product or checkout page.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch.

    Delivery Attempts

    • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times.

    • If the order is undelivered due to:

      • Incorrect address

      • Customer unavailability

      • Refusal to accept delivery

    the order may be returned to us.
    In such cases, return-to-origin (RTO) charges may be deducted from the refund, if applicable.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If the package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the order and inform us immediately.

If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@noizzybox.com with:

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging and product

  • A continuous, unedited unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened

The unboxing video helps us verify transit-related issues quickly and ensures faster resolution of replacement or refund requests.

⚠️ Important:
Claims related to damage, missing items, or incorrect products may not be accepted without a valid unboxing video, as it is required for courier verification.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

  • NoizzyBox is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


International Shipping

  • Currently, NoizzyBox ships only within India.

  • International shipping options may be introduced in the future.
